  Unreliable, Untrustworthy and Very Unprofessional!
  Definitely would NOT Recommend.
  
  The fact that work was not undertaken is irrelevant. The review is based on poor customer service.
  
  Unreliable:
  Failed to provide quotes despite three visits and telephone calls.
  Failed to communicate with customer resulting in wasted visits and time
  
  Untrustworthy:
  Fabricated excuses for not undertaking work.
  Lied about providing more than one quote.
